focus on the Aarons in my life

The snow collects the good with the bad, as can be seen when it melts. This blog is my snow, holding onto my experiences.

focus on the Aarons in my life
07.02.05 (5:53 pm)   [edit]
I was thinking of you, AC, when I read a homemade cookbook written by a Judith Choate. She lives in New York, and may be of no relation, but the name is still relatable! AC rocks. By the way, I made the fudge the way she suggested, and it's great- more creamy than solid, but I can't seem to get enough of it.
I've been spending some good time with my family. After all this frustration with summer/life-job stuff, I've had a hard time handling it, crying and being mad more than normal. I've talked with Aaron and my parents about it, and am getting through it. I also spent some time with my dad today- running errands and visiting my grandma. It has been good. I was also able to spend some overdue time with Serpe. After church, we're planning on going to the veteran's parade.
One popular? means of transportation in the Grand Canyon is riding a burro on down. If you notice the little yellow lines on the bottom-right, that's the trail. it looks so cool and far away. i think maybe I'd like to do that some time, or at least walk down to the Colorado River. We can tent down there, right? I think those birds on the left may be condors- at least they are not vultures. They soared close and the sound of their feathers? was awesome. I swear they were showing off. We were hiking with a Brazilian couple closeby.

Did you know Aaron has a twin or maybe a colorful shadow? because if you look at the pictures below, you may be convinced. I like Aaron the best, more than his twin and/or shadow. Aaron is awesome. The fence shows that it goes right to the clif, inched from it. There aren't always fences, so it can be dangerous and scary. But sure beautiful!

Nice panorama!
My doppleganger looks a little more annoyed than the real me does though. Maybe he was sad that I was stealing his spotlight, and got the girl?
Either way . . . um, I forgot what I was going to say. I'm very tired right now!
oh! I want some fudge!

If it wouldn't melt on the way, I'd mail you fudge. Last night, I had it with bananas. Yum!
And your doppleganger tends to look like that when he or someone else is taking pictures of him!

Oh Erin! Looking at pictures of you makes me miss hanging out with you. Phooey! Can I drop by on my way back to Minnesota?

Yes, oh, yes! Please do! I can't promise backdrops like these pics, though. Lots of trees and flowers instead.

The fudge was great- who doesn't like to try something new?
And you travel a lot- I'm sure you know how fun road trips can be, but I think they're always better with someone fun and flexible like Aaron.
