Spidey

I would be freaked out, too, if I rode a roller coaster with Spiderman!

Unfortunately, I didn't scroll through the 'pictures of the day' (31st) enough to get the captioningon this photo.  You can, if you like.  Also, if you have any books or on-line shenanigins that you'd recommend, please share!  (I'm finding more free-time lately and I intend to make the most of it).

To me it looks more like the kid is repulsed because he just realized how bad Spider-Man smells!
as for book recommendations, I'm currently reading a Victorian romance set in 1867 called The French Lieutenant's Woman, which was written in 1967. the author draws a lot of parrallels between the time he's writing in and the time he's writing about, which makes for pretty interesting reading. Seems like the kind of thing you'd like.
For fun on the Internet, I recommend my current favorite webcomic (besides Braveryandhonor.com), scarygoround.com. It tells a continuing story, so it's best to read it in chunks. or something. the internet is often boring!

Again, that was me, not hopie26. Sorry. Sometime I'll figure this out.

I like this blog a lot. The couple has lots of awesome pics from New York and of themselves and their kitties. Check it out!

Thanks for the input. They have that book at multiple libraries here, so I'll check it out. The web comic is pretty enjoyable, but I do like Tales of Bravery and Honor better.

I absolutely love the New York website. Very interesting, and I would recommend it to others.
