posted by: old roomie (reply) post date: 12.09.04 (11:09 pm) ABC has a posting of the top 50 "road trip songs." Some are classics, some you can definitely live without, and some are just fun fun fun! They are not necessarily songs about road trips, but songs that are fun to listen to while driving. There is definitely a lack of faith-based songs on the list. Thanks, Hope! I could definitely imagine some of those songs on the speakers, and Aaron and I tired but happily (if not dramatically) singing along! And I agree about Jars of Clay, Creed, and worship music. My favorite song on the Amy Grant Chritsmas one is that song for Mary, and it's solemn, and I think I've shared it with you, right? I do agree that there are better Christmas CDs out there- I get annoyed at it, but it's what I have, and I can't find the Nutcracker (it has to be somewhere!) |
