time to get up!

time to get up!
05.17.05 (11:29 am)   [edit]

7 o'clock is 7 o'clock is 5 o'clock.

I had the hardest time waking up this morning- I thought I had slept about 6 hours, but I couldn't get up for the life of me.  Finally, when the clock was at 7:30, I decided to go make sure Aaron was awake and ready for his math final.  On my way out the door, I noticed the clock said, '5:30.'  5:30??  My clock can change time zones (good for travelling!), so I thought maybe I'd bumped that- but no, it was still 'P'-time ... well, whatever happened, I was awake 2 hours before I needed to be.  I also had scary dreams that I always remembered whenever I woke up.  I couldn't tell you what they're about, since I can't remember, but blegh for that and hurray for time!!  It's something we can all relate with or around.

Well time zone changes stink!!! But it is better to wake two hours early than two hours late!

Time zones are funny. I called Hawaii about something and i have no clue what time zone it is in. But it was 3 p.m. here and the guy I talked to sounded less than half awake. Wonder what time it was there? Probably not that far away from CA.

I don't have a map here, but PST is two hours before CST, so it was at least 1 p.m., but I don't know if it's one or 2 hours earlier than that. Either way, either the person slept in late or was taking a nap is my guess!

I believe it is four hours earlier than Minnesota.
